Machinist ; CNC Milling - 3rd Shift

Woodward is looking for a Machinist to join its manufacturing team.

• Operate and set up CNC Lathe, CNC Mill/Turn, and CNC OD/ machines.
• Complete paperwork and maintain record retention as required.
• Document nonconforming material and participate in root cause and corrective action activities.
• Utilize work instructions, set‑up sheets and method documents to operate machines and inspect machined parts.
• Use gauging equipment to ensure conformance to engineering specifications throughout the production run.
• Obtain necessary certifications for required processes.
• Perform moderate physical activities, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required for Associate Machinist; 0–2 years related experience for Machinist I.
• General knowledge of machines, equipment functionality, and tools.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Operating and setting up CNC equipment knowledge.
• Understand CNC programming, and can read, understand, and edit basic programs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as grinding, turning, milling, drilling.
• All applicants must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR/EAR.

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am.
• 15% shift differential plus overtime.
