-Repair Value Stream Woodward’s Aerospace Division in Niles, Illinois is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Master Scheduler II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive production schedules, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments to meet organizational goals and customer demand. Your expertise will play a vital role in driving efficiency, minimizing disruptions, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning:
Develop and maintain comprehensive master production schedules to ensure timely availability of products in alignment with demand forecasts. Cross Department Coordination:
Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and sales teams to synchronize production activities and address any scheduling conflicts or resource constraints. Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels, adjust production plans as necessary, and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, minimizing both shortages and excess inventory. Schedule Optimization:
Analyze production data and workflows to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing lead times, and enhancing overall schedule reliability. Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and distribute detailed scheduling reports to stakeholders, and communicate any changes or potential delays effectively to ensure all parties are informed and aligned. Key
