We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join a fast-paced food manufacturing team in Niles, IL. This hands‑on role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring product quality, food safety, and efficient production.

• Set up, operate, monitor, and perform changeovers on production equipment.
• Maintain product quality by making process adjustments as needed.
• Monitor production to ensure efficient equipment performance.
• Perform routine quality inspections and accurately complete production documentation.
• Operate date coding equipment and verify product codes.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and report mechanical issues when necessary.
• Complete equipment inspections and production records.
• Follow GMP, food safety, sanitation, and company safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean work environment.

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or production equipment required.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Experience completing production paperwork and quality documentation.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
