This is not an entry-level screen printing position.

We're searching for an elite automatic press operator—someone who takes pride in producing exceptional work, solves problems before they become problems, and knows how to get the absolute most out of every press run.

If you're the operator everyone depends on when a difficult job comes through the shop, we'd like to talk.

We are building something special and are willing to pay top dollar for someone who can consistently deliver outstanding quality, maximize production efficiency, and help lead a world-class operation.

• Set up and operate M&R automatic screen printing presses
• Produce consistent, high-quality prints while maintaining production efficiency
• Dial in color, registration, and print quality with minimal waste
• Troubleshoot printing issues quickly and independently
• Maintain equipment and ensure presses are operating at peak performance
• Work closely with scheduling and production leadership to meet deadlines
• Train and mentor press assistants and junior operators
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Take ownership of quality from setup through final production

• 5+ years operating automatic screen printing presses
• Extensive experience with M&R equipment preferred
• Strong understanding of ink systems, mesh selection, squeegee pressure, off-contact, flash curing, and production optimization
• Ability to consistently hit registration and maintain color accuracy
• High attention to detail
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Dependable and professional
• Leadership experience is a plus
