Clean and sanitize equipment using COP (Clean-Out-of-Place) and CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems;
Maintain accurate CIP logs, sanitation inventory records, and chemical concentration charts;
Operate digital monitoring systems and support daily sanitation documentation;
Use validation tools to verify sanitation effectiveness
