Overview

Shure is hiring a Global Performance Marketing Manager!

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer to lead global B2B performance marketing for our growing Collaboration & Conferencing business. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of full-funnel campaigns across the US and Europe, driving brand visibility, demand generation, and pipeline growth. This is an exciting and high-impact role at the intersection of media, analytics, and business growth.

You will partner closely with Sales, Regional Marketing, and external agency partners to turn insights into measurable results.

This is a hybrid opportunity, located in Niles, IL HQ.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Own

Full-Funnel Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead global B2B paid media programs across search, social, programmatic, and sponsor ships
  • Drive integrated campaigns from awareness through conversion, optimizing for pipeline and revenue

Performance & Growth Optimization

  • Own campaign performance and B2B marketing KPIs (CPL, pipeline, conversion rates) tied to strategic business objectives
  • Translate campaign data and competitive insights into clear optimization strategies and growth opportunities
  • Continuously test (creative, messaging, landing pages) to improve ROI

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Sales, Regional Marketing, and Marketing Ops to improve lead quality and conversion to pipeline
  • Align campaign strategy to business priorities across US and Europe

Agency & Vendor Leadership

  • Manage and scale agency partnerships, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous innovation
  • Drive accountability through clear KPIs and performance reviews

Digital Experience & Experimentation

  • Collaborate with Web and Creative teams to optimize the end-to-end user journey
  • Lead structured A/B testing programs to validate hypotheses and improve performance
Qualifications

What You Bring

Core Experience

  • 7+ years in performance or digital marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience driving measurable results (lead generation, pipeline, ROI)

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and/or managing teams or agencies
  • Strong ability to partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders

Analytical & Strategic Skills

  • Deep understanding of campaign measurement, attribution, and optimization
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights and business recommendations

Tools & Mindset

  • Hands‑on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Linked In, programmatic, or similar
  • Test‑and‑learn mindset with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B, UC/IT, or global marketing environments
  • Experience working at a media agency

Pay Transparency

Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry’s top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $103,900 to $176,700 with a midpoint target.

This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award‑winning benefits package.
