We are looking for an ISO 9001 Quality Supervisor to help lead 1st shift quality operations at our manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a quality professional with direct ISO 9001 Quality Management experience who can drive inspection discipline, corrective action execution, and measurable scrap reduction in a fast‑paced production environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Help lead and supervise the Quality team to ensure ISO 9001 compliance, inspection discipline, and consistent production quality standards.
- Maintain and execute ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements at the facility level.
- Oversee setup, incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities to ensure compliance with specifications, customer requirements, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Ensure strict control and documentation of nonconforming products.
- Lead structured root cause investigations and drive effective CAPA implementation.
- Monitor scrap, rework, and first-pass yield performance and initiate corrective actions when trends emerge.
- Maintain audit readiness and support internal and external audits.
- Partner cross-functionally with Production leadership to proactively prevent quality issues.
- Promote a 'Do It Right the First Time' culture across 1st shift operations.
- 3-5 years of experience in an ISO 9001 Quality Management role
- 3-5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience leading or supervising quality personnel
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements, including operational control, nonconforming product, and corrective action
- Experience performing or participating in internal audits
- Strong root cause analysis capability 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, etc
- Proven ability to work directly on the production floor in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in printing, packaging, or converting operations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Lean or continuous improvement experience
- Experience reducing scrap or cost of non-quality (CONQ)
