Greet teammates and customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience.;
Ensure merchandise and product received is processed per established programs; keep the backroom organized and accessible in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead.;
Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.;
Assist with unloading of trucks, processing of freight, transfers, RTVS, claims, freight processing, etc.;
Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to service level standards.
