Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy and orders are processed in a timely manner;
Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures, including money/deposits and security checks;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and returns are processed efficiently
