Customer Service Manager

Overview

Public Storage is the self-storage industry leader and we are hiring now.

Earn $17.50 Per Hour.

Flexible and Full-Time Schedules between the hours of 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm).

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Walk in or around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer-service-centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between work locations; mileage reimbursement available.
• Availability to work flexible, full-time schedules.
