Game Stop - 5695 West Touhy Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring shelves are well-presented;
Support store initiatives and ensure the shopping environment is clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines;
Assist in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals;
Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed
