Shure offers a challenging, fun, and rewarding summer internship program. The twelve-week program is offered to undergraduate and graduate students. We offer internships with a variety of work arrangements from onsite interns to fully remote in US. Each intern will receive a competitive salary. Additionally, Interns who are asked to relocate to Illinois for onsite internships will receive a housing stipend to cover living expenses.
Applications will be collected, reviewed, and selected candidates will be contacted in late fall/early winter.
Will support the Sales Enablement team in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our global sales teams . Your role will involve assisting with developing training materials, managing resources, and analyzing sales processes to improve overall performance. Additionally, you will getting hands-on experience working with tools like Shure Partner Shop and Salesforce . This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in sales strategy and training.

ResponsibilitiesSystem Validation for Sales Activities :
- Assist with conducting and maintaining system validation of sales activities for new and current products in our tech stack.
- Analyze current specified requirements for product enablement and identify potential process gaps.
- Provide insight for potential solutions to process gaps.
- Work closely with the sales team to gather feedback and insights.
- Assist in cross-functional projects with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies.
- Help update sales enablement content, including presentations, guides, and toolkits.
- Support the planning and execution of sales training sessions and workshops.
- Assist in the coordination and logistical support for training events.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide support for maintaining sales processes in all aspects of customer's purchasing journey.
- Generate reports to track the effectiveness of sales training and initiatives.
- Assist with any general issues related to Customer Master data in Salesforce, SAP S4, Shure Partner Shop and Shure Software & Services Portal.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or related field.
- Able to follow standard instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Experience working with Sales, Customer Service or Marketing.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet programs.
- Experience with SAP S4, SAP Commerce Backoffice, Salesforce, Tableau, and/or other Business Intelligence tools a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoys working in a team environment.
- Inquisitive with strong problem-solving capabilities and a ble to meet required deadlines.
