C. Penney -  - Responsibilities:
Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collect investigative evidence;
Follow AP Directives and Company policy when making apprehensions and document all stages;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft in accordance with local laws and Company policy;
Create and manage records for reporting apprehension, witness statements, retention of evidence, and disposition of recovered merchandise;
Assist with incident investigations and audits and support safety and security initiatives
