Join Ardmore Fresh Air Inc as an HVAC Laborer in Niles, IL, where you will play a vital role in ensuring optimal indoor air quality and comfort for our clients. We are looking for enthusiastic team members who are eager to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.

Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues.

Support senior technicians with service calls and on-site repairs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.

Follow safety protocols and industry regulations during all tasks.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding service updates.

Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Help with inventory management of HVAC supplies and equipment.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.

Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced technicians.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Previous experience in HVAC or related field is a plus.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
