Grainger in the Chicago area seeks an Overhead Hoist Technician to maintain and inspect chain and wire rope hoists at our distribution facilities. You will perform OSHA-compliant inspections, load tests, replace chains and hooks, service trolley wheels, and keep detailed inspection records.
Candidates should have 2+ years of hoist or overhead crane maintenance, familiarity with OSHA hoist inspection requirements and ASME B30 standards, and the ability to work at heights.
