We are looking for a reliable, organized Inventory Operations Associate to join our team. Reporting to our Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment operation, supporting several Pastimes divisions. This is a hands‑on role with real variety – one day you may be processing individual orders, and the next you could be helping receive an import container or coordinate a multi‑pallet freight shipment to a national convention.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, keeps things organized, and is ready to grow.
Your Day-to-Day- Pick and pack orders ranging from single items to multiple pallets
- Receive and process incoming shipments of all sizes, including individual boxes and import containers
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate outbound shipping and work with carriers
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with deliveries as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move inventory regularly
- Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience a plus
- Forklift certification is a plus – we will train the right candidate
- Class C commercial driver’s license is a plus – we will train the right candidate
- Full-time position at $18-20.00 per hour
- Training in forklift operation, equipment handling, and warehouse best practices

Chicagoland area – you’ll split time between two locations in Elk Grove Village, IL & Niles, IL.
