Hourly Rate Per Master Agreement
Niles Community Schools is looking for a dynamic Night Custodian with Floor Tech experience. Highly-effective communication skills and professionalism required for daily interaction with a diverse workforce, student population, building administration and community.
Required Qualifications- Valid Driver's license
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques
- Organizational ability
- Punctuality and good attendance
- Demonstrated knowledge in using powered and non-powered hand tools
- Operation of powered cleaning equipment
- Management of supply inventory
- Previous custodial experience
- Experience with CCAP program
- Previous experience in educational setting
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals
