To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

• Collect scattered litter
• Lifting and moving materials
• Performs various landscaping tasks such as mowing and weed eating.
• Digging and refilling holes, painting, cleaning offices and bathrooms.
• Pressure wash equipment
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity most of the day.
• Required to exert physical effort in handling objects less than 50 pounds most of the day.
• Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, exposure to chemicals, etc.) occasionally.
• Required to be exposed to the physical environment which involves dirt, odor, noise, weather extremes or similar elements daily.
• Participate in safety training and attend safety meetings. Adhere closely to all safety policies and regulations in order to assure the safety of yourself, other employees, and the public.
