POSITION:

* Afternoon Custodian at Bascom Elementary School

* 2:30 p.m.

- 10:30 p.m.

REPORTS TO:

* Superintendent

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Possess a high school diploma or GED.

* Any combination of training and work experience which indicates possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below.

* Documentation of a clear criminal record.

* Successful pre-employment drug screening.

* Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

* Knowledge and skill in the utilization of equipment, materials and supplies commonly used in maintenance and custodial services.

* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with associates, supervisor and the general public.

* Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

* Ability to follow directions and initiate routines.

* Ability to perform manual labor tasks.

* Be in good physical condition.

CONTRACT:

* 260 days, which includes 12 paid holidays.

* 8 hours per day.

SALARY:

* In accordance with the negotiated agreement with OAPSE Local 278.
