Maintenance Supervisor

Our Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

• Maintain the physical appearance and integrity of the apartment community.
• Ensure a clean and comfortable living environment for residents and visitors.
• Complete apartment make‑ready procedures such as painting, servicing appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures, repairing old and faulty parts, replacing burnt‑out light bulbs, checking/changing locks, and cleaning.
• Make regular inspections of grounds, buildings, lighting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and major equipment, and perform repairs as necessary with the approval of the Property Manager.
• Maintain an organized maintenance shop and keep inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Maintain apartment community curb appeal by performing necessary lawn care.
• Takes after‑hours emergency calls, as assigned.

• Experience in property maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills essential for working on various projects.

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be available for on‑call emergencies at all hours.
• Must have the ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation.
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
