This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Greater Indianapolis. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing day‑to‑day inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks for property equipment and facilities. Duties include troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting routine maintenance, and addressing repair needs to ensure tenant satisfaction and safe operations. The role involves working closely with the property management team to uphold operational standards.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
• Experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, or general building maintenance is preferred
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus
