Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Kitchen & Service Department Coach Trainer. Responsibilities include overseeing staff training in food preparation, cooking techniques, hygiene practices, communication, and customer service. The role involves developing and delivering training programs, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations, and maintaining high service standards in both kitchen and customer service areas.

Qualifications
Proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques with a focus on maintaining high standards
Strong knowledge of hygiene practices and food safety regulations
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to train and motivate teams
Customer service skills to ensure excellent guest experiences
Strong leadership and organisational abilities
Prior experience in coaching or training staff in the hospitality industry
Relevant certifications or qualifications in culinary arts or hospitality management are a plus
