Role Description

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is an on-site, full-time role located in Noida. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of food and beverage services to ensure optimal service standards and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing schedules, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, attending to customer needs, and collaborating with the management team to improve service offerings and processes.
Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage team members effectively
Proficiency in maintaining high Service Standards and ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene protocols
Experience in Food Service and Customer Service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Relevant prior experience in food and beverage management and operations
Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
