Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader for our International BPO operations in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding a team to achieve performance targets, ensuring efficient daily operations, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing coaching and motivation, addressing client and customer queries, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
Experience in BPO processes, international call center operations, and customer service excellence.
Proficiency in communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and international clients.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and provide actionable solutions.
Organizational skills to manage schedules, meetings, and team deliverables efficiently.
Technical proficiency in CRM systems or other tools commonly used in international BPO environments.
Flexibility to work shifts aligned with USA time zones.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience may be considered.
