Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader for our International BPO operations in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding a team to achieve performance targets, ensuring efficient daily operations, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing coaching and motivation, addressing client and customer queries, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Experience in BPO processes, international call center operations, and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and international clients.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and provide actionable solutions.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, meetings, and team deliverables efficiently.
- Technical proficiency in CRM systems or other tools commonly used in international BPO environments.
- Flexibility to work shifts aligned with USA time zones.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience may be considered.
