Schedule:

tuesday thru saturday - 8am-430 pm (saturday is 6am to 230pm)

Essential duties and responsibilities

* conduct trailer inspection before loading to ensure trailer is clean, has the proper temperature and is ready for loading.

* ensure all pallets are built according to stops and are securely wrapped to avoid damage during transport.

* verify header labels on all pallets and check for damaged or outdated product before loading

* load trailer, ensuring bulkheads are placed correctly and are secured. Also, confirm load diagram is completed and submitted.

* follow all safety work practices and maintain clean and orderly dock area.

Work environment

* comfortable working in a multi-temperature indoor/outdoor environment ranging from
-5 degrees to over 100 degrees required

Minimum qualifications

* one year warehouse experience preferred.

* good attention to detail; ability to read load diagrams; basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Must be team oriented and able to get along with others.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is $24.75.
