As a Cosmetic Repair Associate, you play a vital role in ensuring every Car Max vehicle meets our quality standards. In this position, you'll perform Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), cosmetic wheel restoration, and a variety of interior cosmetic repairs during the reconditioning process. Your expertise will cover fabric, vinyl, leather, plastic, and carpet repairs, including dye and color-matching techniques. • Perform advanced cosmetic repairs including Paintless Dent Removal (PDR), wheel refinishing, and interior restoration to meet Car Max standards
• Execute standardized processes and follow detailed work instructions for consistent quality
• Remove and replace vehicle parts as needed during reconditioning
• Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external customers
• Ensure all vehicles meet Car Max quality and safety requirements
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
• Follow Car Max Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

• Completion of New Associate Orientation Training – Operations
• Ability to meet performance and workstation certification standards
• Strong attention to detail for data interpretation and record accuracy
• Capable of performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor conditions, including inclement weather
• Effective communication skills for customer and team interactions
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and 12-hour shifts
