A Bardi dispatcher:

• Meets daily revenue goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls
• Relays accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences
• Manages the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field
• Correctly closes out every job – assuring technicians assign all tasks, materials, costs, etc.
• Responds to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand
• Updates customers throughout the day on the technician's progress
• Ensures that follow-up calls are identified and scheduled in a timely manner
• Updates and continually looks out for Service Titan customer data inconsistencies and records needs/discrepancies

What does it take?

• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Previous experience in home services dispatching: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pest control, etc.
• IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
• Be knowledgeable about Bardi products, services, and offer them to the customer in a pleasant professional manner. Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable
• Must be able to clear a drug test and background check
