COMMUNITY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - Norcross, GA

Searching for a hands-on, highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage a large team and be hands‑on with work orders, unit turns, projects and preventative maintenance.

• Salary range starts at $80,000
• Sign on bonus plus monthly bonus plan based on renewals

Responsible for physical condition of all vacant and occupied units, grounds, common areas and amenities, office, storage and any grounds or buildings within property limits.

All on‑site maintenance functions including hands‑on execution of service requests, turn units, grounds, renovations, and all other maintenance functions.

Oversee and assign daily duties to maintenance staff.

Must have 7+ years of experience in property maintenance, 3+ years managing a large maintenance staff.

Must have valid HVAC and CPO certs.

Skills must include A/C and appliance maintenance and repair, working knowledge of plumbing and electricity.

Must be able to motivate and manage a team, display leadership skills with the ability to efficiently organize and plan daily duties.

Must be able to work in fast paced environment with the ability to meet all goals.
