Job Description
The Temporary Turn Associate is a temporary position that will provide temporary assistance during turn. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move-in. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has excellent customer service skills.

Community Manager & Maintenance Supervisor. Direct Reports:

- Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal and furniture removal/install.
- Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing general cleaning and other duties as needed.
- Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models.
- Perform touch up painting as directed by Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor and report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouses, and common areas.
- Participate in apartment inspections and assist in documentation of overall unit condition.
- Keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.
- Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Ensure adherence to the company's safety and hazard communications programs, policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by treating residents, vendors and other team members with respect.
- Ability to maintain an excellent customer service attitude.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
Pay$16.00 per hour depending on a variety of factors including market factors in the geographical location where the candidate lives.
