Conduct scheduled facility maintenance to maintain a safe and fully functional facility;
Performs daily inspections, preventive maintenance or life safety repairs as required to ensure codes are in compliance;
Diagnose problems and perform corrective maintenance and repairs on plant equipment;
Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and heating, ventilation, and assist with HVAC repairs and maintenance;
Responds immediately when fire alarm activates; disengages electrical, water, or gas systems as directed to protect patients, staff, or equipment
