Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Norfolk, Virginia. This role involves carrying out various maintenance tasks, including corrective and preventative maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will ensure properties are well-maintained and responsive to resident needs.
The successful candidate will hold a High School Diploma and possess basic computer skills, with an understanding of Fair Housing Laws. This position requires excellent customer service skills and reliability for on-call emergencies.
