Pay: $19.892/hr (Base $16.892 + $3 differential) |

Hours:

7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with every other weekend rotation

Clean members’ rooms, restrooms, and facility offices including walls, windows, and ceilings.
Remove laundry from living areas and assist with the delivery of clean linen to resident rooms.
Empty trash containers, perform carpet care (vacuuming, spot removal and shampooing) and other floor cleaning duties; mop, buff and wax when necessary.

• No specific education, training, or experience required.
• Preferred: working knowledge and cleaning experience in commercial business, hospital, medical building or long‑term care facility; experience with high or low speed buffers, carpet extractor, auto scrubber, and floor scrubber.
• Pre‑employment background check and drug screening required.
• Knowledge of facility standards of sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions; operate and maintain cleaning equipment; mix cleaning solutions in proper proportions.
• Ability to operate heavy commercial cleaning equipment and lift/move up to 75 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds.
