Flat Rate Hour Based on Experience and Performance
Senior Master Tech: $45 - $49 per flat rate hour
A Tech: $40 - $44 per flat rate hour
B Tech: $32 - $36 per flat rate hour
C Tech: $27 - $31 per flat rate hour
