Floor Technician, As-Needed​/Floater

Job Type: Part-Time / As-Needed / Floater
Schedule: Primarily weekends, occasional evenings

A-List Professional Cleaning LLC is hiring experienced Floor Technicians to assist with commercial floor maintenance projects on an as-needed basis. This is a flexible floater position, with most projects scheduled on weekends and occasional evening assignments.

This role is ideal for someone with professional floor-care experience who is reliable, detail-oriented, and available for project-based work. Consistent opportunities may be available based on performance, availability, and client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Strip, wax, scrub, buff, and recoat commercial floors
• Work with VCT and laminate flooring
• Safely operate floor buffers, auto scrubbers, and related equipment
• Follow chemical handling and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete projects efficiently and meet quality standards
• Work independently or as part of a team

Requirements:

• Previous commercial floor-care experience required
• Experience with stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and buffing
• Ability to operate floor-care equipment safely
• Reliable transportation required
• Dependable attendance and weekend availability
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail
