The Breeden Company is seeking a Service Technician (Floating) to perform maintenance across several properties in and around Norfolk, VA. This floating role requires local travel between communities to complete tasks and respond to resident needs promptly.
You will handle preventative maintenance, apartment turns, grounds maintenance, and safety checks to uphold the company’s standards. Prior maintenance experience and a high school diploma are preferred; HVAC/CMRP certification is beneficial
