The Budd Group - - Responsibilities:
Cleans offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other areas;
Replenishes paper and soap in bathrooms and cleans fixtures;
Empties trash and trash receptacles;
Transports trash to disposal area;
Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and refines floors;
Cleans rugs and upholstery;
Washes walls/ceilings/vents/woodwork;
Cleans windows and mirrors;
Dusts furniture and fixtures;
Replaces light bulbs
