Socket.dev is seeking an Engineer II to perform preventative maintenance across guest rooms and public areas. You will handle repairs such as wallpaper, paint, grout, tile, basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical, following the Annual Task Schedule and brand standards.
Work with the Engineer Supervisor to plan maintenance, use the PM checklist, and ensure safety and quality. Prior maintenance experience and a dependable, detail-oriented work style are required.
