Floor Technician, As/Floater
Job Type: Part-Time / As-Needed / Floater
Schedule: Primarily weekends, occasional evenings

A-List Professional Cleaning LLC is hiring experienced Floor Technicians to assist with commercial floor maintenance projects on an as-needed basis. This is a flexible floater position, with most projects scheduled on weekends and occasional evening assignments.
This role is ideal for someone with professional floor-care experience who is reliable, detail-oriented, and available for project-based work. Consistent opportunities may be available based on performance, availability, and client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Strip, wax, scrub, buff, and recoat commercial floors
- Work with VCT and laminate flooring
- Safely operate floor buffers, auto scrubbers, and related equipment
- Follow chemical handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete projects efficiently and meet quality standards
- Work independently or as part of a team
Requirements:
- Previous commercial floor-care experience required
- Experience with stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and buffing
- Ability to operate floor-care equipment safely
- Reliable transportation required
- Dependable attendance and weekend availability
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail
