2 nd Shift, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Friday through Tuesday, (Wednesday & Thursday off). Full-time, 40-hour work week with two permanent days off, overtime as required. ( One Month Training will begin on the projected start date, Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM before transitioning into shift hours) Salary Range: $24.4660 - $33.8185 PER HOUR / $50,889.3679 - $70,342.5815 ANNUAL CLOSING DATE:

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for the maintenance and repair of all airport buildings focusing on HVAC, electrical and plumbing.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The following duties are typical for this position. Incumbents may not perform all the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.

• Assist other departmental personnel in the maintenance of building equipment whenever necessary.
• Replacing HVAC filters.
• Replacement of light bulbs.
• Perform daily equipment checks.
• Clean and restore airport facilities, and equipment rooms as required or specified.
• Snow removal operations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned and directed.
• Administer and adhere to all Authority policies and guidelines.

Education/Training

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Trade school or equivalent

Experience

• Minium 2 years’ experience general building maintenance.

Special Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license and must meet NAA driving record requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain eligibility to hold a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge as may be required by assigned job duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and other pre-employment requirements.

EQUIPMENT OPERATION:
Motor vehicles, including snow removal equipment (snowplow, sand spreader); forklift 5K: aerial work platforms; extensive use of hand tools; power sewer snake: field radio; and hand radio. PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS:
