As a Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, but maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary and responding to spills.
• Use floor scrubbers, operate equipment, and dispose of waste in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotating and storing them properly.
• Conduct safety sweeps and follow proper forklift spotting procedures.
• Keep all areas of the facility—floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles—clean using approved chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a positive attitude and prioritize member satisfaction.

• Minimum Qualifications – Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred Qualifications – Prior experience in a fast‑paced environment, comfort with change and physical demands, and the ability to work an entire shift on your feet.
