Business UnitBAMG - Bloomington Management Level Non-Management Job Category Production & Skilled Trades Position Summary The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Trainee will develop their skills over the course of three years. At the end of the three-year program, trainees will be considered for full-time Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician positions.

The trainee will provide maintenance support to the operations departments. This multi-craft position (electrical, mechanical, and electronic) will be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical, electronic and electrical industrial equipment for a designated department within the plant. The ideal candidate must have a continuous improvement mindset while achieving the overall objectives with preventative maintenance and quick repair for trouble calls from operating technicians.

Pay Range: $28.74 - $33.66

Responsibilities Responsibilities include the following:

Preventative Maintenance (continuous improvement)
Perform Maintenance and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electronic, and Electrical Industrial equipment

Perform Quick Repair for Trouble Calls from Operating Technicians Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs)

Minimum Qualifications Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and meet the following minimum requirements:

Be at least 18 years old (on the date the opportunity is posted);

Receive a passing score on the entry test and/or interview assessment selected by the Company;

Received high school diploma or equivalent; ANDBasic understanding of hand tools and computer skills

Assuming that an applicant meets the minimum qualifications listed above, in order to be further considered, the applicant must pass a entrance test taken on a computer.
