Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management;
Cleans all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment;
Ensures a safe and clean environment by performing maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintains appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotates and stores supplies properly, and places orders to replenish low stock;
Support a positive member experience by ensuring parking lot, restrooms, and floors are well-kept.
