• Pull, sort, and stage materials, products, or supplies as directed by warehouse supervisors.
• Break down and flatten cardboard boxes for recycling or disposal in a timely and organized manner.
• Remove and break down plastic wrapping, shrink wrap, and packaging materials from pallets and products.
• Transport broken‑down materials to designated recycling bins, compactors, or dumpster areas using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
• Keep warehouse aisles, work areas, and loading docks clear of debris and clutter at all times.
• Follow all safety guidelines including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist team members with general warehouse tasks as needed, including receiving, stocking, and inventory support.
• Report damaged equipment, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
• Sweeps and wet and dry mops floors.
• Waxes floors and operates buffing machines.
• Vacuums and cleans carpeting.
• Washes windows and polishes furniture.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ability to understand and read English.
• Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials up to 50 pounds.
• Repetitive motion involved on a daily basis may include, but is not limited to, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting.
• Ability to operate small power tools.
• Requires stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching into areas not fully air‑conditioned.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time to include climbing/descending stairwells and ladders.
• Can work independently and in stressful environments.
• Regular, consistent and predictable attendance.
• Able to drive between customer locations; optional local area travel using personal vehicle (approximately 10% of the time and may vary during the month and week).
• May have responsibility to enter customer facilities that require background screening.
• General cleaning (restroom, offices, cafeteria, sales floor, others as assigned), keeping our facilities fresh, clean and safe for everyone, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and shining like a pro, restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues.
