1st Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Technician to support the reliability, performance, and upkeep of operational equipment and facility systems. This position is responsible for diagnosing equipment issues, completing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail‑oriented, and enjoys solving technical challenges in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary: $79,000 – $83,200 per year.
Shift: First.
Work hours: 5:30 AM – 3 PM.
Education: No Degree Required.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues using appropriate testing equipment.
• Repair, replace, or adjust components to restore equipment to proper operating condition.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform effective troubleshooting to minimize production interruptions.
• Analyze recurring equipment issues and recommend long‑term corrective actions to improve system performance.
• Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to support maintenance activities.
• Install, modify, or assist with commissioning new equipment and facility improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and repair documentation using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
