Adient is seeking a maintenance supervisor to coordinate day-to-day activities of the maintenance team in a Normal, IL plant. The role focuses on ensuring reliable basic plant equipment and processes while supporting TPM initiatives and safety programs.
The supervisor will lead interviews, training and performance reviews, coordinate with contractors, and generate work orders and PMs for new equipment. Shift: 3pm–12am; location:
Normal, IL.
