Job Description
- Provide insightful feedback and data on recurrent issues to enhance customer service and performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding swiftly and professionally to inquiries from the Builder organization
- Foster and maintain positive customer relationships by actively gathering feedback from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring ongoing improvements
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams to address customer needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
- Regularly generate detailed and analytical service reports
- Collaborate with other departments to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to fulfill customer needs
- Assess customer requirements and offer expert advice and recommendations
- Establish trust-based relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Technical education, certifications, or related experience are preferred
- A strong knowledge of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) and the ability to read blueprints are essential
- Experience in at least two of the following areas is preferable:
- 5+ years of building erection experience
- 5+ years in the PEMB industry, particularly in drafting or engineering tasks
- 5+ years in PEMB manufacturing
- 5+ years in Field Service or Customer Service roles
- Proficiency in PC-based applications, including Excel, Word, and Oracle, is required
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills are necessary
- The ability to travel periodically (approximately 10%) for on-site visits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$85,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
