Industrial Cleaner – Now Hiring!
HM Staffing is looking for reliable, hard-working Industrial Cleaners to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment within our facility.
Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize machinery, equipment, and work areas
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in industrial spaces
- Remove debris, waste, and recyclable materials
- Perform routine deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals/equipment properly
- Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
- Previous industrial or commercial cleaning experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
- WILL BE OPERATING A LIFT, MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS
- Comfortable working around machinery and in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
