Work SchedulePanama schedule pattern, 7:00pm - 7:30am, 12-hour shifts. This pattern repeats every 28 days.
The schedule follows a Panama rotation: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off.
Example schedule:
- Week 1: OFF Monday/Tuesday, WORKING Wednesday/Thursday, OFF Friday/Saturday/Sunday
- Week 2: WORKING Monday/Tuesday, OFF Wednesday/Thursday, WORKING Friday/Saturday/Sunday
- Following weeks repeating pattern 1 and 2

Position IntroductionFacilities Management is hiring a Lead Custodian. This role will support the Athletics Supervisor by performing routine cleaning in offices and public areas, as well as assisting with training staff, assigning and inspecting work, and promoting accountability and strong work standards within the team.
This position is a 12-hour shift schedule and includes a shift differential of an additional $0.50 per hour. If an employee transfers from this 12-hour shift to another custodial team, the additional $0.50 per hour will no longer apply.
RequiredEducation and Experience
- 6 months custodial or housekeeping experience.
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License in order to drive University vehicles or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date.
