Demonstrate proficiency in Entrata and CMMS systems for logging of service requests and completed work in a timely manner;
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and operating systems;
Inspect vacated apartments and coordinate repairs with the Facilities Supervisor;
Routinely perform basic maintenance tasks including appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work;
Maintain workshop and common areas, keep a clean and safe work environment
